The difference between Sildenafil Citate Tablets  and  Tadalafil tablets tablets

Both are selective inhibitors of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) specific type 5 phosphodiesterase (PDE5), and are oral or vaginal tamponade drugs.  Tadalafil tablets has higher selectivity for 5-phosphodiesterase and may have fewer adverse reactions in cardiovascular and visual aspects compared to Sildenafil Citate Tablets.  Tadalafil tablets has a longer stability and duration of efficacy, only once a day is sufficient, while Sildenafil Citate Tablets has a shorter efficacy, usually used twice a day.  Tadalafil tablets works faster, while Sildenafil Citate Tablets works slower. The therapeutic effect of  Tadalafil tablets is not affected by high-fat diet and moderate alcohol, while those who take Sildenafil Citate Tablets and drink alcohol at the same time will accelerate vasodilation, leading to rapid heart rate, decreased blood pressure, and increased heart rate. In addition, taking Sildenafil Citate Tablets after eating high-fat foods takes a longer time to exert its therapeutic effect. Therefore, it is best to take Sildenafil Citate Tablets on an empty stomach or 2 hours after meals.  Tadalafil tablets and Vardenafil are not suitable for a wide range of people, and Sildenafil Citate Tablets cannot be used for patients with diabetes.
