设备简介：

该设备是在贴片焊接前给物料打上标记二维码，从而实现后面所有工序产品信息的追溯。通过自动吸取弹夹内DBC，自动定位打标，实现打标位置视觉防呆，扫码检测打码质量，自动将衬板放入弹夹内堆叠收料。

Equipment Introduction：

• The equipment is to mark the material with the QR code before surface mount welding, so as to realize the traceability of product information of all processes behind.
• By automatically picking the DBC in the magazine and automatically positioning the marking, it can realize the marking position visual fool-proofing.
• It sweeps the code to detect the quality of the marking, and can automatically put the DBC into the magazine to stack and collect the material.
